We do extensive audits yearly to ensure all documents are renewed and updated for the exportation.

PPECB & Food Safety
The Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB) is an independent service provider of quality certification and cold chain management services for producers and exporters of perishable food products.

Export Permit
An export permit is required to ensure that goods exported by an organisation comply with the provisions of international agreements.
Export permits also help to control the outflow of goods of a strategic nature or smuggled and stolen goods.

Phyto Certificate
A copy of the import permit should be sent to the exporter / supplier. The National Plant Protection Organisation (NPPO) of the exporting country must check if the products meet the import requirements of South Africa. If import requirements are met, the NPPO will issue a phytosanitary certificate to the exporter / supplier.

Fumigation Certificate
Fumigation certificate is an approval document issued by the exporter / supplier to indicate that shipment and shipping materials have been properly fumigated. Fumigation is a method of pest control that is done on a regular basis to ensure food safety.
